KILGORE, TX (September 22, 1999) - The O’Reilly Southern United Professional Racing (SUPR) event scheduled for this weekend at Lone Star Speedway in Kilgore, Tx., has been cancelled.

The next race is the $5,000-to-win "Jambalaya 100" at Pike County Speedway in Magnolia, Ms., on October 8th and 9th.

With just two races to go on the O’Reilly SUPR Series schedule, David Ashley leads Duke Whiseant by just 30 points in the Championship points battle. Ronny Adams, Jay Blair and Dave Siegert round out the top five.
