O'Reilly SUPR Late Model schedule changes announced

Baton Rouge, Louisiana (June 19, 2002) – The O’Reilly SUPR Late Model Series announced a set of scheduled changes that will result in two new events being added to the 2002 schedule along with 2 cancellations. The June 28^th event slated for Keenedale Speedway in Keenedale, Texas has been cancelled. In its place a return visit to 67 Texarkana Speedway in Texarkana, Arkansas has been scheduled for Saturday, June 29^th.

Lone Star Speedway has added another O’Reilly SUPR Late Model event to their schedule with the Late Models now slated to compete on Saturday, July 13^th. This is in addition to the 11^th Annual Armadillo Nationals slated for August 2-3 at Lone Star Speedway.

Finally, the O’Reilly NCRA/SUPR Challenge slated for Saturday, July 27^th at Texas Motor Speedway has been cancelled. The O’Reilly NCRA/SUPR Challenge slated for Saturday, September 7^th at Houston Raceway Park in Baytown, Texas has been dubbed the Longhorn Rumble and it marks the third year that the two O’Reilly Auto Parts backed series will go head to head for bragging rights. The NCRA claimed the honors in 2000 with the SUPR Late Models returning the favor in 2001.
