O'Reilly Auto Parts renews sponsorship for 4 more years!

Baton Rouge, Louisiana (April 21, 2003) - O'Reilly Auto Parts announced today that it has renewed its sponsorship with the Southern United Professional Racing Late Model and Sprint Car Series for an additional 4 years ensuring that O'Reilly Auto Parts will remain the title sponsor for SUPR through 2008. O'Reilly Auto Parts and SUPR have enjoyed a 4-year relationship that has seen the O'Reilly Auto Parts chain grow at an
impressive pace. Founded in 1957, O'Reilly Auto Parts has been in an aggressive growth mode for several years growing from a 4 state market when they became title sponsors for SUPR to the point that it has just opened its 1000th store and can now be found in 17 states, from the Midwest to the Atlantic Seaboard. At the same time, the SUPR organization has grown as well, expanding its racing territory with the addition of the Sprint Car series in 2002.

In announcing the renewal, Ron Byerly, Vice President of Marketing, Advertising and Training for O'Reilly, stated that the SUPR sponsorship was "one of the first sponsorships we undertook and it has proven to be a great success." O'Reilly's commitment to SUPR is a continued reflection of the Auto Parts powerhouse's support of grass roots racing. "We're tied to grass roots racing and were proud to be associated with a great organization." And it is through O'Reilly Auto Parts' support of regional racing series that they have been able to expand into new markets and enter with a
pre-established brand name.

O'Reilly SUPR President Greg Holmes is grateful for the continued support from O'Reilly and looks forward a continued strong relationship. "The O'Reilly sponsorship has allowed the SUPR organization to grow through the increased exposure afforded us in the partnership. It has allowed us to help support the racetracks we compete at through am active radio advertising campaign and of course the sponsorship has allowed us to increase the Championship Point Fund payout. O'Reilly Auto Parts' commitment to grass roots racing is reflected in the continued support provided to SUPR and to many of the tracks where SUPR competes, from I-30 Speedway in Arkansas to Houston Raceway Park in Texas and Baton Rouge Raceway in Louisiana.
